Rock-N-Belle's Rose Feed Ltd. & staff, are not responsible for any damage to your plants or property, that is the result of negligent use of our products or services.

Strict adherence to product labels, servings recommendations and in-servicing from RNB staff is highly recommended. Failure to do so constitutes a "Release Of All Liability" to Rock-N-Belle's Rose Feed and our staff, and forfeits any and all return or refund policy obligations for Rock-N-Belle's Rose Feed Ltd & Staff to the customer.

Return and Refund Policy

Refund are available within 10 days for items in same, unused, resalable condition with tags and original packaging.
Customer responsible for shipping item or returns to company location for refund.
Final sale on seasonal merchandise.
Custom Orders are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable.
Special Orders are final sale. Deposits are non-refundable.
In-Home Services require 24-hr cancellation notice for full refund. Deposits are non-refundable.
No warranty or replacement on items purchased at 40% off or more.
All local delivery Fees are non-refundable.
